Walk to Slopes

Innsbruck 2 – is a well presented 4 BD / 4 BA townhome located up on the mountain and just moments from the ski trails! Enjoy spacious living areas decorated with mountain inspired design and décor throughout. Entertaining family and friends will be a breeze in this spacious 3-level townhome, that can sleep up to 10. Enjoying an open main floor with adjoining living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, wrap around kitchen counter, and recently restocked with brand new flatware and silverware! The living room features a gas log fireplace, flat screen TV, leather furniture, and nice views. A great space to relax after a day outdoors! Off the living space the glass door leads to the covered deck, with outdoor dining set and gas grill - offering the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying views of the mountains.

On the main level you’ll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the elegant master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, separate jetted tub and double vanity. There are also two other bedrooms on the main level, as well as the entry nook with bench seating and laundry closet with large washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms have brand new plush bedding as of Nov 2021, and each of the bedrooms on the main level have flat screen TVs. The lower level offers access to the private heated 1 car garage complete with hooks and racks for easy ski and gear storage.

On the upper level you’ll find an additional living space with wall mounted flat screen TV, the perfect hang out spot for movies and games. The 4th bedroom/bunk room is located off the den and there is an attached bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom and the den.

This unit was one of my favorite rentals! The ski on/ski off access was incredibly easy, and I loved the garage access to store skis and avoid bringing cold air into the main living area. Perfect balance of rooms and bathrooms, and the living room / kitchen area was a great space for our entire group to relax. Having access to the resort group shuttle was just the cherry on top!

Great location and great rental company

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The rental company was excellent! They were very responsive via text for any needs. Access to the trails was easy (walk up to the B section for the quickest ride down to the slopes. Don't forget to exit at Storm Meadows and then "A" when returning home off of the Right of Way trail). House had everything we needed. Loved the community hot tub and pool (towels provided there so no need to bring them from the house). The shuttle was very convenient (both day and then evening availability). Highly recommend this location and rental company!

Love the location and the hot tub and pool. Loved the transportation options. Access to the trail was great but would be better to give some more "tips" (i.e. was easiest for us to enter at "B" (even though we were in "A" for less traversing. We learned it was well worth the walk). Thanks for your great responsiveness to all of our needs. Loved that we could text. Mattress in the queen bedroom can use an upgrade. The king bed was great.

Family ski trip

This property worked out perfect for our family of 6. Very comfortable accommodations, with access to the pool and hot tub right next door. Getting down to the slopes and back up from the property was quick and easy. Great transportation options right from the property, and large enough garage to fit our Suburban and still be able to move around. Had a blast!

What a great place! Very clean, ski in/out was a huge bonus, and plenty of beds/rooms for our family of 8. The property management company staff were friendly and very easily to deal with as well. The shuttle service was really nice to have. All and all a great spot and would definitely stay here again.
