This Premier Rated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condominium sleeps 10 people and has been completely remodeled for the 2016-17 snow season. The open living area features a gas log fireplace with beautiful stonework and 70-inch smart HDTV with Blu-ray disc/DVD player. A private balcony off the living area overlooks the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. The dining area table comfortably seats six, with four leather-upholstered stools at the adjacent granite kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen features all new shaker-style cabinetry and stainless appliances. The main floor includes two bedrooms, with the first featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom with beautifully remodeled shower. The second main-floor bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, with a bathroom down the hall.

This condominium features beautiful wood flooring and ceiling fans throughout, with lots of Steamboat-themed artwork to create a ski-chalet ambiance. A heated 1-car garage and in-unit laundry room with full-size washer/dryer further enhance the convenience of this fantastic vacation rental.

Welcome to our Mountain home at The Phoenix. We completed the remodel in October 2016! We hope you find our new look inviting and comfortable for your family. Our unit is a 2 generation owned vacation home and it is typical for us to have 4 generations enjoying Steamboat together. Steamboat has always been our ski resort of choice for over 30 years and The Phoenix has been one of our favorite rental properties due to its proximity to the Gondola base. Our children learned to ski here and are now bringing their children. We have many wonderful memories skiing with family and friends - the hearty homemade meals - board games by the fire. We redesigned our condo with families in mind. Unit amenities include board games, puzzles and movies for all to enjoy; DVD players in the living room, and both upstairs bedrooms; we also have books in the cabinet upstairs; two soaking tubs in two bathrooms; each bathroom has a step stool under the sink to assist little ones brushing their teeth; kitchen is stocked with a roaster and larger pots and skillets for cooking larger quantities; a large crockpot, and electric griddle for pancakes. We also have connected the living room TV to the internet and have upgraded to a voice remote for your enjoyment. We hope these extra items will add to your enjoyment while staying in our home. Also, The Phoenix has upgraded their amenity building which includes a sauna, exercise room, pool table, and gathering areas. We welcome you to Steamboat -Friendliest Ski Town in America! During summer, enjoy the easy stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat’s splendid summertime surroundings.

Wonderful unit. Great views. Excellent location. Shuttle service is a MAJOR plus. Bathrooms on upper level are oddly configured and very small, especially the one off the main bedroom on the second level. There is no reason for the toilet and shower to be that cramped and tight, especially in a vacation rental.

Great location for access to Skiing and base activities. Nice Condo with plenty of places to sleep for guests/family members. Was missing basic supplies such as Shampoo, dish towels, laundry detergent, napkins. Overall a nice place and fantastic location!

We (8 of us) loved the condo! Room for all of us-6 adults and 2 young children. We had space for everyone. The kitchen was very well appointed! Location is great too. Large laundry room, loft area sleeping, comfortable beds. We had a perfect weather week -early Spring skiing. Sunshine and warm weather. I highly recommend staying here!
