Walk to Slopes

Phoenix 218, a four bedroom, four bathroom three level property, offers an open and spacious main floor living space. With the living area boasting vaulted ceilings, a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable sofa and arm chair, and access to the private deck. The kitchen and dining space are also open to the living area, the large wooden dining table can seat up to eight people, and is nicely accented by the rustic light fixture.

The primary bedroom is located on upper level, this is a large suite, as well as a king bed, the room has a sitting area, sauna and large en-suite bathroom, with deep soaker tub, shower and double vanities. There are two bedrooms located on the main level, a bedroom with a queen bed, the third bedroom has a split king, which can be set up as a king or two twins and has a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom on the lower level, offers a studio like space, a large room with kitchenette, dining table and split king bed, plus private bathroom.

This residence has an A/C unit in the master bedroom, on the top floor.

Very dated and worn out. Bathroom fixtures are old, chrome has deteriorated and unsightly. For the money it was marginal at best. The only thing that saved it was the location to the lifts.

we have stayed at the Phoenix a number of times and this was as good as the others. highlights - close to lifts, free shuttle into town, nearby food and provisions, comfortable and spacious lodging, and responsive service. could be better - more dishes, cups, etc for a place that sleeps 10.

We had a great stay. The unit was a short walk to the gondola. It's very spacious, clean, and comfortable.. because there were no back to back rentals, the host allowed for early checkin and late checkout, which was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, near multiple bus stops for free ride to downtown. Downside, only the top floor has a window unit and it was 80+ everyday, it did cool off with the windows open in the evening.

P218 Phoenix is conveniently located with plenty of room for 10. The condo itself, however, is dated and somewhat neglected. The microwave didn’t work. The appliances are all very old. The kitchen supplies are minimal. The shower drain in downstairs unit was very slow to drain. The workout room on property didn’t open until 8am, making it useless to early risers. The hot tubs on property are very small, they fill up quickly and you may have to wait to use one. We enjoyed our stay, and the location of this unit is great, but the owner could definitely put some love back into this unit to make it even better.

We were impressed by the comfort and set up of the space for our family, everyone had their own bathroom and the air conditioning was a must have, as well as the parking. The only complaint we heard was the comfort of the twin beds., though the master was fine. The master bed and bath was more than we hoped for!

Power was out upon arrival, but that wasn't anything MR could do. Overall for the location and size and price of the unit we were happy. The fireplace had an alarm after about 10 minutes - we assumed b/c it got too hot, the range and cooking utensils were poor. The tv was poor quality without a lot of options. We wanted to put on a movie for the kids one night, but didn't have any access to on demand movies or anything other than standard cable. The shuttle to town was great.

The unit was excellent and held 6 retirees quite well. It was spacious and convenient to the mountain. The only downside is that the plumbing is showing its age and should be updated.
