Ranch 224 – offers beautifully decorated interiors with warm and modern touches throughout. The owner has recently updated furniture and décor to offer an elevated stay for your trip to the mountains! Featuring gorgeous living space, with large windows that flood the room with sunlight and views of the mountains, plus two decks, one off the living room and the other off the dining area The generous size kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The cozy living room enjoys a wood burning fireplace, large flat screen tv, and vaulted ceilings.
The master bedroom is located upstairs offering privacy on its own floor, plus stunning views, king bed, and lovely attached master bathroom. The second and third bedroom are on the main floor, as well as a washer and dryer and 3rd bathroom off the hallway. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This impeccable mountainside condo can accommodate a group or family of up to 8 people.

Ranch at Steamboat
The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

Furniture in main living area wasn't very conducive for 6 people. Furniture was not very comfortable. Bathrooms need towel bars. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Floorplan was nice. Decks were great! Location, view, amenities and shuttle service were wonderful! Appreciated the customer service. Helpful texts and immediate response to questions and concerns. Thank you.

Love this unit! Plenty of room for 8 people, and having 3 full bathrooms was great to get everyone showered after skiing. The shuttle service was an awesome touch -they will pick you up and drop you off at your door! My only complaint is the finger-shaped candle holder creeps me out. Overall a great place and would stay here again!

We stayed there with our family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers over the holidays and were very pleased with the Ranch. The unit was very clean and comfortable, the shuttle service was excellent and we used it quite a bit. The view of the mountains was gorgeous and we were delighted when a small herd of elk appeared up the hill. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
