Front Desk Hours

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Everyday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon - Sat, Closed Sunday, Starting April 7
  • Summer hours begin in June

Check-In Location for the Ranch at Steamboat

Guests staying at the Ranch at Steamboat check-in at the Ranch front desk located at 1800 Ranch Rd. Guests should go directly to Ranch at Steamboat (directions below).

Afterhours Check-in

Check-in is available 24-hours a day. Front desk staff hours vary by season. In the event the Ranch front desk is closed, proceed directly to the Mountain Resorts front desk located at 2150 Resort Drive. If the Mountain Resorts front desk is closed follow the instructions posted next to the courtesy phone located in the entryway. Directions to the Ranch at Steamboat

1800 Ranch Road
Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Exit US Hwy. 40 at Mt Werner Road and proceed east toward the mountain. After second stoplight take second left onto Steamboat Blvd. Take second right onto Clubhouse Dr. Go up the hill, taking second right onto River Queen Lane. At choice of going straight or curving to the left, curve left. Continue straight and you will see the Ranch sign. The office is at the bottom of the property.
