This Four Bedroom condominium has a three level floor plan. The well equipped kitchen features a flat cook top stove. There is seating for eight at the dining room table and an additional three at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 40" flat screen TV with a DVD player, a gas fireplace and a private balcony. Two of the four bedrooms are on the main level. The first entry level bedroom has two twin beds, air conditioning and a 26" flat screen TV with a DVD player. The second has a queen size bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom located on the third level has a king size bed, air conditioning and a 37" flat screen TV with a DVD player. The first level bedroom (efficiency) has a king size bed, air conditioning, a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player, a private balcony, a kitchenette with a table for two. Two plush twin airbeds are available upon request.

Over $4 million dollars have been spent on new windows and balcony doors, new stucco and siding, new garage doors, a new pool patio deck, and new lighting and signage. New materials, colors, and textures were used to completely transform the property to reflect modern architectural styles. In addition to the striking new exterior, there have been several interior remodels as well.

The NEW Phoenix at Steamboat has been considered one of the finest locations for families, ski groups, reunions, and business retreats for over 25 years. Situated directly across the street from the Steamboat Ski Area, The Phoenix is the perfect winter vacation destination. Walk to the gondola, the kids vacation center, base area shops and restaurants, and more. These beautifully furnished condominiums offer floor plans from spacious four-bedroom layouts to more intimate two-bedroom units.
