Owner Notes

Best location in the Rockies! Unobstructed views up to the top of the gondola from the living room and bedroom. You can check out the conditions and weather on the slopes as you drink your morning coffee. R2105 is a ground floor unit so there is no climbing up and down stairs in heavy ski boots carrying heavy equipment. The bus stop is located just steps away from the unit. You can see for the bus from the living room and leave in plenty of time to catch it. You will not find a more convenient and cozy unit in the Rockies.

The Steamboat Springs Transit loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the Mountain area on its route back to the Gondola Transit Center. International Travelers love the self-catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen plus all the linens and towels that make them feel right at home without being in a cramped hotel room. The Rockies Condominiums are within walking distance to Ski Time Square, the indoor year-round Tennis Center and the Strings Music Festival pavilion in the summer.
