This Three Bedroom Plus Den condominium has a partial mountain view and a private deck. There is seating for eight at the dining room table and three bar stools at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen features granite counter tops and a flat cook top stove. There is a 46" flat screen HDTV with a Blu-Ray DVD player in the living area as well as a gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a 32" flat screen HDTV, a jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom also has a King bed (this can be split into two twin beds by request), a 32" flat screen HDTV and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a 26" flat screen HDTV and a ceiling fan. The den has a Queen size sleeper sofa.

The Terraces at EagleRidge combines the elegance of fine country living with the convenience of first class services and amenities. These twenty-eight luxury condominiums are nestled in a premier location at the base of Steamboat's Mt. Werner. Although The Terraces is only a short stroll to the Steamboat Gondola, our winter season private shuttle is also available to whisk you comfortably to the ski base area or anywhere in Steamboat. Each of the two, three and three-bedroom plus den residences has one or more private covered outdoor terraces with views of the Steamboat ski area or scenic Yampa Valley. After an exciting day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, or wander the serene Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many fine restaurants and shops in Steamboat's mountain village. Guests at the Terraces have access to ski lockers in the garage level of the complex.
