Base Area (within a mile, no ski access)

This four bedroom townhome at CrossTimbers has unobstructed mountain views from the great room and deck, and sweeping views across the valley from the bedrooms and private balconies. It's adjacent to the hot tub and heated pool, and each bedroom has its own private, full bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen, great room and deck are located on the second floor. The dining area table seats 6, and can be easily expanded to seat 8 or 10. 4 more people can sit at bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a home-theater-sized flat screen internet-connected smart TV, including a full in-wall surround sound system, DVD player, gas fireplace, and access to the deck. A 3-burner natural gas barbeque grill is on the deck. Also on the second floor is a bedroom with two extra long twin beds which convert to a king bed. This bedroom has private access to a balcony and a full bathroom. On the third floor is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, a private balcony, and a huge master bath with a jetted tub and tiled shower. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a queen bed and private access to a full bathroom. The other has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and private access to a full bathroom with bathtub. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor.

This luxury townhome village offers incredible views and an ideal location just 200 yards from the Steamboat Ski Area. The location was great! The condo was spacious and located right across from the hot tub and pool. The shuttle service was great and the drivers polite, helpful, and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped. On a needs improvement list; A few of the beds were not made correctly. No bottom sheet. The TV required a service person. And it took a long time to receive the service. It would have been helpful to understand the use of the pool needed a house key.

The unit is great. Location, space, furnishings, cleanliness all were good. One thing to note is that the first night/day is very hot in summer with no A/C or other window coverings to cool the house down initially. This mainly applies to the master and the living area. We purchased a portable AC unit to cool it down for the first few days. After that it was great. The location and furnishings are fantastic, and I'm sure this is an incredible unit in the winter for a ski trip!

We enjoyed the house. It was close enough to walk to ski each morning. There is a shuttle that's really convenient as well to go anywhere you need. We had 9 people and didn't need a car. The hot tub is also right across from the front door. It's a good setup, and I'd recommend it.

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at at a ski resort. Very easy shuttle with an app that says when the shuttle is near. Great hot tub 40 feet from our front door. Beautiful layout with four bedrooms. Really great.

We had a great stay at the condo. Very spacious. Some pluses that are not accentuated enough…the heated floors were a huge perk, the two car garage was an added bonus, the proximity to the base of the mountain is great, the hot tub, pool, and sauna were literally steps from the condo. Could not recommend a better place.

Great location, even in the summer!

Great location. We liked that three of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Plenty of space. Able to go for walks right around the building. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Carpet and furniture was ok but not great. There were painters right outside our building while we were there so we closed the windows so we did not have to listen to them talking to each other. No AC which was really only an issue the first night.

The town home is beautiful and decorated so cute! The place is large with lots of space for a big group. The beds were comfy and clean. The place is fancy and beautiful. The only thing to note is: this place doesn't supply salt/pepper or any condiments. There is no tin foil or baggies or cleaning supplies. It is more like a hotel in what it offers. There is a washer/dryer but only 1 pack of detergent. But it did come with plenty of towels. Also note: it doesn't have AC! It was hot!!! We went over Labor day weekend when it was still hot out.
