Cascades at EagleRidge offers beautiful vacation townhomes featuring roomy living areas with gas fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens. These townhomes feature private decks with nice views of the ski runs and/or mountain area. Cascades at EagleRidge offers two community hot tubs and is conveniently located within walking distance of Gondola Square via a paved, maintained path, with complimentary wintertime shuttle service offered as well. Each unit has its own 2-car garage.
Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): Cascades at EagleRidge is located at the ski area base only a couple hundred yards from the slopes. There is a maintained walking path that leads to the gondola.

Perfect visit to Steamboat while we celebrated oldest daughter's recent engagement with her fiannce, family & friends. Cascades accommodation was perfect for our group of 9, near the mountain with excellent shuttle service. Very well stocked kitchen to accommodate a big family grill out celebration dinner! And enjoyed visiting the hot tub apris ski!
