Great location for skiers!

Amazing location for skiers looking for ski-in/ski-out at an affordable price. Although this location is far from gondola square they have an on-call shuttle service that will pick you up and take you anywhere in steamboat. The longest we had to wait for a shuttle was 8 minutes. Super convenient.

Shuttle 5 minutes should not be 15-20 minutes wait if it will be 15 minutes say that. Beds master - good Twins - not so good kids slept on couch bed, said mattresses hard and uncomfortable

The rental looked just like the pictures. We loved the wood burning insert. Being on the 4th floor, corner unit, we had a great view. The kitchen was well equipped. The rental was very clean. Everyone has their own preference in beds, and ours is not memory foam beds, sleeping in a ditch. But the bedding was clean and warm. Great location, easy to ski in/ski out. We liked the ski locker on the first floor and appreciated having an elevator in the building.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The beds were the most comfortable I have every slept in away from home. Everything was nicely stocked and well kept. Only complaints were the getting in main entrance with the key and the room were a bit clunky. Maintenance did come to fix lock on unit rental which helped immensely.

Great stay 4 nights in Jan. 2014. Package booked a few months in advance is a great value. Condo was very clean & well furnished ..all pillows were like bricks, though. Chose top floor unit to avoid overhead noise, but the whole building was quiet anyway. Location & view terrific. Door to door transport service through mgt. company is fantastic. Instant pickup, friendly drivers, & no rent car necessary at all. Had problem w/ ski in/out path. Needs to be wider and maintained. Pretty dangerous, too close to townhouse balconies & walls. Next time will try for unit B419 - wraparound balcony and big windows face the whole mountain area. These 3 Texas guys will be back for sure!!
