Waterford Townhomes have a beautiful outdoor pool with lounges and outdoor seating, the property also has winter shuttle service available to the ski area.
* Please note that the swimming pool will be closed until further notice due to a maintenance issue. With the uncertainty of obtaining the required parts a reopening date is unavailable at this time.
Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): Waterford Townhomes are located just four blocks from the ski area base. Mountain Resorts provides winter shuttle service for convenient transportation to the ski area, grocery store, and downtown Steamboat Springs.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas - the kitchen, dining and living rooms were great for all of us for big dinners and fun secret santa exchanges! The shuttle to the base area is key - made life so easy to get back & forth to ski. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
